WCIF - Mod to stop the "Heckle" interaction - FOUND!

I own everything but that Kate Perry Sweet Stuff pack (Which I have absolutely ZERO interest in xD) - One thing that bugs me about showtime is sims keep autonomously heckling eachother. My sim household are all celebrities, and it gets annoying with best friends heckling eachother - I am constantly having to tell them to stop.
It's really annoying!
Is there a hack out there that will stop that interaction, or at least, make it NOT autonomous? (So I can tell a sim to heckle if I WANT the sim to heckle?)
Please link me to one, I'll definately appreciate it!
