Mods not working at all... help, help, help!

I've done and tried literally everything. Everything is installed and sorted in to the correct folders and nothing works. None of the Mods appear in game for me or seem to be acknowledge by my game at all. I've tried to get help on another forum but no one can seem to see what's wrong.
This is the process I go through when opening up to the correct files;

Applications>TheSims3>Contents>Resources>Transgaming>c_drive>Program Files>Electronic Arts>The Sims 3>Mods>Packages

I have the following Expansion Packs:
Ambition
Generations
Outdoor living stuff
Pets
Showtime

The version of my Sims 3 is:
12.0.273.017001

This is what it says when I open the Resource.cfg File up with TextEdit:
