Need help with mod for maternity clothes for men/teens!

One of my dudes is pregnant, and is basically a floating head. I've tried two different mods on the site, but neither have solved this problem despite me trying to have him switch his clothes and all.

I put these files in the Mods/Packages folder... Was that correct? Or do I need to remove one or...?

I have most of the expansion packs and it says my version of the sims 3 is up to date, is that the issue?

Anyhow, thanks for any help you can offer!

I guess you'd need to have these pregnancy meshes installed *before* you make them pregnant.

I thought they were already in Sims 3, where would I download them?

Ah, I thought you had them already. You need maternity clothes for teens and "paternity" clothes for males. Both sets are available here and elsewhere. The mods you have probably just enable these two groups to become pregnant, but they don't provide the necessary clothes. But I'm sure all mods that enable teen and male pregnancy mention this in their description. :deal:
