Celebrity journal missing

Hi guys!
for some reason when I go on sims, the celebrity journal wont appear- if I press L its not there and I cant find it on the bio bit where traits appear- can anyone help me?!? thankyouu :)

Isn't the Journal on the "J" key?
(eta) Sorry, "J" is the Skills Journal. Celebrity Journal is indeed "L". If this is a recent development, maybe something you just installed has a conflicting shortcut key. Or if you have not troubleshoot on CC-free games, do that too. Game Help:Sims 3 Game Problem
