I am getting no help whats so ever from the people on the sims forums.
I think I might be completely helpless on here seeing that this is my first post and I have no idea what I am doing . *is a noob*
I'll try to explain the best I can what my problem is.
First off, my launcher would not update my game. At this point my game version is 10.0.96.014001 . I search through the forums a bit and get help from one person but it is very vague to me as I am not good with this technical stuff.

and I click on the cumulative Super Patcher.
My game updates and I'm super happy *yay*
So being all happy I go and open my game. It starts to load and then a message pops up and say "the sims 3 has stopped working". Great. Now this happens every time I open my game and I have no idea what to do anymore

I also noticed that my game stopped playing the audio in the beginning
