How to change outfits during pregnancy??

I cant seem to figure out have to change my pregnant sims clothes. Anyone know how to do it? :blink:

That's because you can't in a non-modded game. The only way that I know is to use the Master Controller and one of it's extension (not sure of it's name, "CAS integration" I think).

All I know is if you download custom clothes that are made for maternity they have to be your only clothing option or 1st clothing option before you actually start morphing into a big belly.
