How do you name your streets and lots?

Im working on my second world, and i noticed that the first world i made didnt have street names... how do you do that? And name the lots? When i make the beach and stuff, i would like the lot to have a name.

Lots, you just go in Edit Town and edit the lot name, as for streets, I think it's the same thing, I can't remember right now though.
