Sims cant have babys

Hi, please help, I don't know why but everytime I get one of my sims pregnant, when they are suppose to change into maternity clothes the object has got an error menu pops up, and when you reset the error it just does it again. I even tried to re-install my game and it still happens, please help. :Slap:

Do you have a mod concerning Maternity clothes?

Have you tried the pregnancy without the testing cheat on? See if it proceeds like it should with out the cheat.

I have the same problem, without the testing cheat on it just loops endlessly with the preg sim waving for attention.
When I checked the saved log it shows an invalid constant from the pregnancy controler.

Do you have a mod concerning Maternity clothes? I havent done any cheats, to do with pregnancy and maternity clothes, but I done it yesterday and one of my got pregnant perfectly, so I thought it was fixed, but when I tried to get someone else pregnant, the error happend again, please help

The only solution I have come across for this is to have the pregnant sim move out on her own. This is supposed to trigger the birth, Afterwards the husband can ask her and the baby to move back in.

You can run clean installer on your downloads folder and check for unwanted hacks. The link is on the home page here. You can get these when you download houses.

even though moving out the bugged mother-to-be does trigger her pregnancy... is there a fix or something that can do the same thing without moving the sim around because it is a HUGE pain in the tush to do this especially if your puter is crappy and slow please let me know if there is something to fix this pregnancy disappearing glitch thingy that drives me nuts when i do legacy challenges

sometimes if u have the insimenator and boolprop on it does this

Try not to use cheats on pregant sims sometimes it may freeze the game not let you leave and or resulting babies never come.

but when i use the insimenator, there is no option to get him/her pregnant and no option to speed up the pregnancy either. the only options it gives me is information and delete

i think it has to do with an old glitch... i can't seem to find any other answer besides moving the pregnancy-frozen sim out and then into another lot. the regular try for baby sometimes works but mostly ends in me having to move 'em out... i get so tired of this

Why do you use cheats it is easier to just do it the old fashion with no cheats my advice don't use those cheats and with the new insimenator you have to click on the ground and spawn reproductive mod and it says have twins, have baby, grimpregantion, and alien pollination.

it is the old fashioned way that is getting stuck! if i click try for a baby, i hear the lullaby but i get nothing! it's some old but i only have the cheats there to help but it's not like they are pertaining to this subject ¬_¬

did i mention the samething happens whenever a sim is abducted? naturally? (no cheats rare i know but still...)

First, try running the game out of debug mode- i.e, with boolprop testingcheatsenabled false.
Next, try making sure your Sim is in casual (everyday) clothing when the time comes for her to change into maternity wear.
If the problem persists it is most likely to do with a hack- try disabling your hacks, or if you have removed any hacks since your Sim got pregnant, put them back. Does the game work ok if you move your downloads folder to the desktop?

u can buy a new game or get a new comp and then install the gamebut if its ur comp get a new comp,but i think its ur game so get a new game and try it

I tried the boolprop cheat, it worked once, and then on another computer, it didn't work. Also, sometimes if you have that cheat enabled and use the "Accelerate pregnancy" thing with the InSeminator (great mod, btw, must have) it seems to conflict. So, try as much as you can to steer clear of the boolprop testing cheat.....its evil, lolz
