Editing Shoes

I was wondering if anyone knew how to edit shoes. I can edit the mesh but when I get to the shoes I usually mess everything up. In particular I am trying to make some of the flip-flops and low sandals into high heels. I am using milkshape, if anyone can help I would appreciate it.

Sorry I guess I didn't read the first post too closely.I'm working on not having the feet go all wacky myself so I guess I won't be much help.If I figure anything out I'll let you know.

your welcome.It was either on the second or third page. I had to refer to it the other day when I made some meshes because I wanted high heels that's how I remembered where to look.
