can this be done - Tshirts with nipples poking through

I have tried messing with bump maps to make it look like nipples are poking out under a shirt but have had no luck.

I saw a pic here a long time ago on an outfit download with nips, but they did not show up in the actual download.

You could do this in two ways: either produce a t-shirt with bumpmapped nipples, or use Semloh's light bumpmapped skin (http://www1.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=45299&highlight=bumpmap) and use it with a t-shirt without a bumpmap.
