Sim won't TALK when placing a call. What's wrong?

Just recently when I prompt my sims to call another sim, they place the call but don't talk, they just stand there holding the phone. Also, unable to set up/managed groups, what's wrong? Please help.

I am guessing, but it sounds like you have a hack\mod conflict that is removing all or part of your sims interactions. I would remove my downloads folder to a safe place, then try it again without any hacks in your game. If it solves the problem you will need to find which one(s) are conflicting. Hope this helps.

You're right, billyd. I figure it myself last night. Had to pin-point exactly when the problem started. I DL'd a cemetary from sims2.com and installed it, that's when things went crazy. I deleted it now and everything is back to normal.

If you have downloaded a hack,or a phone object which conflicts with the game,do what billyd1000 says.
