CTRL + SHIFT + C Not Working?
 

CTRL + SHIFT + C Not Working? I have done every thing under the sun. I have even reprogrammed my computer. When I pres the keys my computer beeps. That's it nutting happens it has done these ever scene I got the Sims 3 base game. I have turned off key short cuts on my computer. I have a windows XP.... Some one please help I wont to make a waterfall...

So when you went through the Game Problem FAQ, what happened at each step?

(I am really hoping you went through it before you tried reprogramming your computer.)

Evey thing i tried had the same thing, when I hit ctrl and shft I get a beep sound, then I hit C nutting happens but a on going beeping from my computer.
I tried the ctrl + window key + C, nutting.

Try: ctrl + window key + shift + c

If control + windows key + shift + c doesn't work, make sure you aren't using any programs that change your mouse pointer. I used to use CusorFx, and I couldn't use the console with it running.
