What is it? It's called a "staddle stone". See
http://www.english-garden-antiques....ddlestones.html

It's implemeted as a fence and will show up under 'Fences' They are placed in pairs because that is how the original fence worked, or in a row as a usual fence.

Usage - lay down a pole deck, then run this around the perimeter one square away..you can then lay the floor right on top of the staddle with the walls over them. It is even possible to get rid of the deck support poles so it looks like your building is resting on the staddles (there is a tutorial somewhere on MTS2 about that - just try and build a pool over your deck..it won't let you but the poles will disappear) **note** This seems to have been "fixed" in OfB. Attempting to build a pool over a deck no longer removes the support poles for the deck.

You will require at least Uni or Nightlife according to the "Modding Fences" tutorial.

***Update 09-03-06***

New mesh, 75% smaller file size than the original.

Changed the way it is laid down. They can now be spaced: Start where you want the first one, then holding down the mouse button, drag until you reach where you want the second one.

Tested OK with OfB in all neighbourhoods.
