A Civil Engineering major for all those sims who dream of designing the impossible.
It was cloned from the Physics major, but has its own icon and registered GUID, so it shouldn't overwrite the original Physics major.
GUID is 0x0017E902

Skills: Same as Physics (cleaning, mechanical, creativity, logic)
Careers: Presumably, the same as for Physics (Medicine, Paranormal, Science, plus whatever else you can get into, lol)
