This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.
This is my gothic recolour-pack to Starangel13's fantastic new curvy girl meshes, for adult females.
My upload includes all 6 clothing categories, but you will have to download these following meshes for the outfits to show up in your game:
