I have mastered the art of roofing! HA! Okay, so maybe not really, but I am fairly proud of how the roof turned out on this particular lot. The house is quite cute, in my opinion, and made for a small family (despite the size of the house). It is a rather spendy home, at $80,566, but this is because the home comes fully furnished. 2 bedrooms, 2 bath rooms, kitchen/dining with small living room like areas in the right tower both upstairs and down, a tea corner in the lower left tower and a reading nook in the upper left. There is also a small art room for your sims to indulge in. ^_^ See pictures for further detail. The lot is 2x2 sized, and as is shown at the bottom of the post, you will need the Open For Business expansion to install this lot.
