Hello Everypeople's

I know there are purists out there who don't like to use cheats whenever or wherever possible. I know for a fact that most houses are designed for people who have $ 200,000 or more simoleans from cheating and can buy any house they want. But this is not one of those houses. This is a house for a person who has either 1 single and wants a spaceous place to live with room to expand, or has a family and STILL wants room to expand.

I had guidelines for this house and a one im uploading later:
-Had do have a driveway for cars (so when you have the cash, you dont have to worry about waiting to buy a driveway)
-Had to be furnished (whats the use of spending $19,000 on a house with no furnishings, and then have to split $1,000 between kitchen, living room, bedroom, and most importantly bathroom )
-Have some room to add an extra bed room.
-And yes, had to have a roof.

So this was the result. Sitting on a 2x2 Lot, this house features either 1 or 2 Bedroom(s) each one furnished with a bed only. 1 Bathroom (fully done). And a large central room that functions as a Kitchen, Dining Room, and Living Room, all of which are furnished (Yes, there is a TV). House also features a small back deck, and covered garage. Theres also no way I'm going to skimp on outside flora, so of course there are the usuall trees and bushes. Mainly the house is a brick & dark wood (I guess ranch) style house all on 1 floor. The costs are:

BATCHELOR: FAMILY:
UNDER $17,000 UNDER $18,000

This proves my theory that a house "can look like it costs more than it auctually is".

Don't expect everything like toys for the kids, nightstands, etc. This is the bare necessities...and a TV.

Hope someone out there enjoys it, lemme know if you do.
