Description:
This a park I have worked with over time, I used the coffee shop from Uni so this REQUIRES the Sims 2 University expansion pack. Also I have Nightlife, so I guess that means that is required too, but nothing else really.
I realise this isn't exactly a building, but a park which I thought would be great for any stories and such. It has a short iron fence around it and I added the sad lady statue which I forget which ep it comes with but I am very sure it did not come with open for business, but with nightlife. Mainly, this lot is good for stories, also has that small BBQ in case your sims are about to starve, along with lots of seating.
No custom content was used.
