This glowing skull is a perfect illumination device for any sorcerers (or witches) study. A light elemental was bonded to the skull of a powerful (yet dead) magician. Since this is a mighty relic with strong leylines the elemental isn't able to leave on its own and is doomed to light up the skull if ordered so. (from the catalogue entry)
This is a byproduct of fiddling with the skeleton mesh hidden in the base game. I extracted the skeleton for some other uses, but immediately the idea for this object crossed my mind. Since this is from a sim-size skeleton, the skull is in scale with the heads of the sims.
This is a desk lamp and can of course be activated and deactivated. If switched on you can see the angry red eyes of the elemental. :o)
The object is quite low poly.
I have to issue a warning here: The elemental is not too happy after existing hundreds of years in this skull, so be sure to never break it, or you will be face to face with a free and very angry spirit. If this happens you would be better off if you have a containment or banishing spell at hand.
Edit: But maybe I'm wrong, maybe this is Harry Dresden's skull containing the air-spirit Bob. What? You've never heard of Harry Dresden? He's the main protagonist of a novel series by scribe Jim Butcher. The novels are quite entertaining, thrilling and funny and I'm a big fan of the series.

This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below for more information.
