I saw this old building built around 1902 here in town that had been completely refurbished as a residence, so of course I had to build it for my sims. I want to say 'Thank you' to Nengi65 and her factory living series because without her, I would never have thought of doing this unique and fun project.
It features:
-2 stories and a basement
-Open floor plan
-Living area on main floor
-Bedroom/bathroom on second floor
-Plenty of room for home business
