The house from the movie Somethings gotta give had inspired me to design a beachhome similar to it. With the house scenic view of the beach, its practically huge living area gives out a grand and typical richsims hideaway from the bustling town.White sandy beach are just a few steps away!

This lot's size is 5 x 4 . priced at $ 76,776.

Recomended to place the lot near beach to give out the effect.
