Victorian Style "Bottle Blue" Coloured dress with brooch

This is a lovely Victorian style dress with a large silver brooch (very in fashion!)

Requires mesh from SeraSims which is *included* in file, so no need to download, link to site below download if you're interested.

Constructive criticism very welcome! This si only my 3rd clothes upload so any changes or ideas would be veyr much appreciated!
