clr_210791 requested this home, and so I gave it a shot.
Build notes: Because clr_210791 wanted the double garage (as shown in the floorplans,) I had to scale the whole house up. I think it will work out fine though because Sims always seem to need a little extra space to move around. The exterior is fully lit, and the interior half lit. I tend to prefer table lamps and floor lamps for living spaces. The bathrooms, kitchen, garage, hallways, and game room are all fully lit however.
