Hello all! Today I share with you Relaxing Comfort. This home is built on a small 2x3 lot for that well-off single Sim or couple that has worked hard and is ready to start suburban living. Priced at around 56,000 this home has one level. There is a kitchen, dining nook, living area, office corner, bedroom, and one bath. It also comes with a sensible 4 door Sedan.
The architecture leans toward simple lines and a comfortable overtone. This lot is actually a model of my ideal beginning home and I hope your Sims will enjoy it.
