It Includes Custom Clothing (some maxis), Planned, Detailed and Descriptive Chances Cards and Job Descriptions. If you have the older versions of the career i.e. 1.0, 1.1 or 1.2 I strongly advise you download the new version 1.3. I have tested the Career very well, and it seems it doesn't have any obvious bugs. If you come across any please inform me.
