There are two versions of this lot available. One is Maxis furnished, the other is an unfurnished starter home. (The two lots are identical – the only differences are that the starter version has less plants and the kitchen is open plan).
Requires University, Nightlife, Open For Business, Family Fun Stuff, Glamour Life & Pets. Has been scanned with Clean Installer, is play-tested and hack free.
Furnished Version
Cost: 73,960
Even your Simmies need some time to escape the hustle and the bustle of the big city. This lovely beach home is perfect for a summer escape. The home is nestled upon a rocky outcropping, and features living on two levels. Entrance to the home is on the upper level and boats a large living area, dining room, kitchen, study and toilet. The lower level hosts three bedrooms. It is suitable for a family of 4-5 Sims. Oh! Don’t forget about Fido (your Dog). You cannot leave him at home… that’s just cruel. He deserves a break from chasing the mailman too! This beach home is doggy friendly too. A kennel has been provided outside (I do not like doggies in the house.) Just remember you have to pick up his poo yourself.
Parking for a single car is included. The car itself is not included in the package. (Rental cars are available at the airport – should you require one). Fully landscaped.
Un-Furnished Version
Cost: 19,897
If you’re like me – you love downloading tons on custom content. This lot boasts the same floorplan as described above – but is left unfurnished so you can go wild with 3+Gb (mine!) of custom content.
Installation Instructions
This lot was not created in a Maxis neighbourhood. The best place for this lot is along a shallow coast. If your lower level floods with water, please move to higher terrain. (Unless you play with mer-folk – then they might enjoy a flooded basement)
