Hi there!
This is my first upload to MTS, and I hope you guys like it!
It is a San Francisco row italianate victorian. The thing you can do with this house is put some of them together and changing the color so they look like a house row like those in San Francisco, Painted Ladies.
First of all, I have to thank Marylou for Minivertical residential lots, which are perfect to build this kind of lots, that you can download here at MTS2, "Lots of lots"
This house features three floors + 1 deck at the top of the building that may be used as a terrace, and is unfurnished. In the pics of the house you will see furniture but I just put it there for the photos, so it has less custom content. If you see any object you don't know where to find you can ask in this thread or PM me and I will help you.
This house cost $21781
In the first floor (like a basement) there is a storage room (You can build a garage or even an apartment to get more bedrooms), one full bath, one office and a rear deck.
The second floor has an entry hall, living room with bay window, dining room, kitchen and back stairs that lead to the rear deck on the basement floor.
The third floor consists of the upper hall, one master bedroom + two bedrooms with space to closets and one bathroom.
I almost forget! This house has been made with real plans of a San Francisco house,
The custom content included in the house is:
Edwardian elegance door by Holy Simoly.
Inside wall - Grey Mist by MTS2
Plate glass window by Marina's sims
Georgian set at MTS2
Victorian siding by Marina's sims
This custom content is not included:
Light wood privacy screen by Windkeeper at TSR
I hope you like it!

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
