This house is perfect for professional Sims with pets or 1-2 children. I made this house becuase I love modern design but many of the houses
I downloaded were either too large (Sims wasting lots of time just going from room to room or floor to floor) or so small they weren't really
able to live in them well, and slow game play. This lot loads and plays fast fully furnished with 2 Sims, a cat and a Servo. They also entertain often and the game play is still excellent. The only draw back to this lot is no driveway. When I originally designed the lot it was supposed to be a
starter lot, but well, my Sims enjoy the finer things in life. So it is sort of modern city minimalist townhouse.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a pool. Unfurnished lot $50,741 Lot Size 4X2

The first floor has an open floor plan with a 1/2 bath (there is room to expanded it to add a shower) and a closet. The second floor has 2 balconies on the
front and back, 2 full baths and 3 bedrooms with an open office area. The dining room on the first floor is an open area to the roof with a skylight. There is also a skylight in the
bath of the master bedroom.

The lot is unfurnished with the exception of minimal bathroom fixtures.
