This fully furnished house fits well in an established neighborhood. Another 1.5 story home that's spacious but not ostentatious. It sits on a 3 wide by 4 deep lot and will fit nicely in a neighborhood of classic 1930s homes or in a more modern setting.
Downstairs find a wide entry hallway with a master suite to your left. To your right, a large living/family room with this home's defining feature, a window seat that abuts a fireplace. Snuggle up against the warm wall with a good book and some hot cocoa while the snow falls outside. (As soon as Seasons comes out, anyway.)
Past the living room is a formal dining room surrounded by windows so you can soak in the outdoors while eating dinner. The eat-in kitchen opens onto a large backyard deck and a pool. Another downstairs bathroom sits between the kitchen and entryway. Upstairs, find 2 roomy bedrooms and a full bath.
