Update - this lot was originally packaged with BTX's Medieval Produce Cart. I believe this is what has caused the errors. I have uploaded a new version without those 8 files, which now loads in my UC game without issue. (All the other CC seems to function up to AL/M&G). Enjoy!
"The original owners hoped to establish a boutique nursery cafe on this site, but discovered they were too far from the big smoke. These days, a local farmer uses it to sell surplus vegies, but sadly, spends nothing on renovations."
Sims can buy food here from the wagon in the carpark, or from the stall. They can visit the toilet shed, or BBQ some food. A latticed walkway provides shelter along the length of the property (except for the occasional missing rooftile).
I only have the base game, so no EPs required. This lot was designed for use in the Poverty Challenge. There are no money or energy-enhancing features, and the property is in need of loving care.
There are quite a few custom recolours/items in the lot, to enhance the rundown environment. I hope I remember to credit everything!
Shown in the screenshots, but not included, is a distressed wood cafe table and chairs. If you want them, the free mesh for these can be downloaded from http://www.simwardrobe.com. I have replaced them with Maxis items for the upload.
Hope you enjoy this lot, and maybe you can find time to give it a lick of paint!
Lot Size: 1x2
Lot Price: 00.00

Scrap terrains by Pixelhate (MTS2). Several other terrains, which I cannot find again - so, thanks to their creators, but I can't tell you who they were.
Metal Plate floors (used on the roof), which I think were part of DumBblondE's trashed set. (MTS2)
Muse's invisible tile by Moonlight Sims (MTS2).
trashy white tiles TSD2_floor_fantasy_031, from www.thesims2download.it
Paint chipped cedar sidings, by crache (MTS2).
Rusted metal siding, I think from the Trashed set (MTS2).
Various recoloured furnishings and build items from the Trashed set.
Produce cart from the Medieval Fairgrounds set by Brasstex and dewshine (MTS2).
Patio awning mini by momma"b" (MTS2).
Pile of rubble, trash piles and spilled trashbags all free items from Retail Sims. http://www.retailsims.com/

Many, many thanks to all these wonderful creators. If I've forgotten anything, or if yours was something I didn't credit, thanks also.

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

About Me
One of the best things about the Sims 2 community is the generosity of so many people, who make things, write tutorials and generally encourage everyone to get the most out of the game. I have benefited enormously from the work and advice of many others, and I thank them for their time and effort.
If you like my work, remember to hit the Thanks button. It's nice to feel appreciated. Constructive feedback is also welcome - I can't fix it if I don't know it's broke.
Please enjoy my creations, and keep it free!
