Edit: I have added a new file containing the lot and CC. I apologize for missing it before - I hate searching for downloads to complete a lot, and I thought I had included them in this one. I hope I have now included them all!
Description: "This old scout hall is now used by community nurses. Mould is happily spreading in the bathroom, but the shower still works. Outside, someone has been weeding the garden in the BBQ area, and the swings are probably still safe."
The little hall is divided into a waiting area and interview room, with a mouldy old bathroom at one end. There is a change table and sink in the clinic, so the nurses can teach parents how to care for a newborn baby (assuming they were able to visit the lot!). In my game, I also have colouring books, baby toys and kid's posters to amuse the clients while they wait.
Outside, there is an old BBQ area and a playground, where the 'playhouse' is really a toilet. There are log seats to rest on.
I use this lot all the time. It's so small you can see everything at a glance, and it fits in well with the poverty challenge. There are no money or energy items included.
Enjoy!

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

About Me
One of the best things about the Sims 2 community is the generosity of so many people, who make things, write tutorials and generally encourage everyone to get the most out of the game. I have benefited enormously from the work and advice of many others, and I thank them for their time and effort.
If you like my work, remember to hit the Thanks button. It's nice to feel appreciated. Constructive feedback is also welcome - I can't fix it if I don't know it's broke.
Please enjoy my creations, and keep it free!
