Hey there,
I have for you something i thought that Maxis would have included - a Community Swimming Pool.
It has Male and Female changing rooms, complete with showers, benches, toilets and lockers.
The entrance also doubles as a small clothes shop, so they can buy new swimwear before going to the pool :]
In the main hall we have the large, if not huge swimming pool with an island in the middle with loungers so your Sims can relax [although i wouldn't recommend attempting to sleep due to the 8 metal speakers surrounding the pool.]
At one end there are 2 diving boards whilst surrounding them are park benches for spectators. I have tiled the floor and walls of the pool white and rounded the corners so Seasons is definitely required.
BTW I named it Campus Pool and Showers because in the dorms I noticed there wasn't a swimming pool + when my sims get stinky they complain that theres someone in the bathroom at that time which annoyed me so sending them to this lot should at least reduce the annoyance.
