Straight from Bikini Bottom, Spongebob Squarepants' house is here for your Sims!
It is semi furnished as you can see in the floor plan below. The house costs around $37,000. It has 1 Bedroom. 2 Bathrooms. Kitchen. Livingroom. Study. And two spare rooms, all on three floors. Then there are two floors for the roof.
As a special bonus, tigdadx4 has made Spongebob and Gary statues that he has allowed members of MTS2 to include in lots! You will need to use the cheat "moveobjects on" to move / place them in the house.(They are included, waiting for you in the living room.)

Here is an idea, place a food bowl for Gary.

Apparently, somewhere on the lot there is some ground paint. It is included.
Please do not upload this anywhere and/or claim as your own. I worked hard on this house and I don't want it stolen.
