This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
I used a short formal gown that came with Celebrations! Stuff pack to make this dress. I added the Cherries to the necklace to make the dress cuter.
It looks uber cute on Gothy Sims, but it can also be cute on your light-hearted Simmies as well.
