Hey there. Uploading this has taken longer than expected. Power outage last night and juts when I was about to click 'Submit' the computer restarted. So here's my first starter home in what I hope will be a series. This is only the beginning!

Only §18,665. It was dearer than I expected though.

Only 1x1. The lot size was downloaded from MarlyLou's 'lot's of lots' which can be found here.
