L'étalage, the french word for showcase, is the perfect way to describe this house.
I created this house, because I needed a house with 3 Bedrooms, that wasn't a mansion, but was still modern.
L'étalage has 3 Bdrms + Study/4 Bdrms, 2 Bathrooms, with open living area and kitchen, and a gorgeous swimming pool.
"The Showcase" gets it name from the front view, I was tossing up between "The Showcase" and "Limited Privacy", but the showcase sounded better :D
It has a Dble Garage which, I must mention is split level, and joined to the foundation-based house.
Your sim can own this lovely home for just $152,000.
The house doesn't come with any cars, but, what house, in reality does?
Will *hopefully* be working on a new house tomorrow. :D
