Skinny heel mesh: http://www.2-f0r-u.de/startsims2.htm - Look on the left side for "Meshes" and then "Fashion" --> "female teen" --> "page 1" --> "TeenNudeHeels"
(I'm sure most of you have this next mesh already, but I'll go through the steps to get to it just in case)
