A small shopping center for your rich sims - build on a small lot for a more user friendly experience.

The building has three levels:

First floor:
- grocery store
- clothing store
- two empty spaces

Second floor:
- coffee shop
- toy-magazine shop with the elctronic kiosk
- a pet shop for buying accessories but no pets (as selling pets out of a box is wrong)

Third floor:
- restaurant

There's no custom content, the package has been run through cleanInstaller.
If you want to have the lot run even a bit more faster, delete the trees and all unnessassery decorations.
