FIXED 9/15/07: Furnished lot file no longer empty!

Hey again, everyone! Here's my latest house.

Lot Size: 3x2

Cost:
$52,850 unfurnished (requires Nightlife and OFB)
$106,072 furnished (requires Uni, Nightlife, OFB, and Glamour)

5 BR, 3 Bath, Kitchen, Diningroom, Living Room, Family Room, Wrap-around porch, and pond/grill/driveway/garden outside



TWO IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. For either house, if you want the roof to work, you MUST download it here. (Sorry about that--couldn't figure out how to include it in the lot package.)

2. For the unfurnished house, I believe the only EP's you require are Nightlife and OFB. HOWEVER, the furnished house requires Uni, Nightlife, OFB, and Glamour Life.
