This house is loosely based on one I lived in as a student, except that house was 3 stories high and me and my housemates rented just the first floor.
It has 5 bedrooms (one double) 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a garden. It is furnished suitably for students.
It will cost your student household 5,484 to rent (which isn't very much at all between 5/6 - I had a group of 4 in this house and it worked out very well)
You can also place it in your main neighbourhood, in which case it would cost 24,929 to buy, fully furnished. You could probably re-furnish it as a family starter simply by clearing one kitchen, one bathroom and a couple of bedrooms.
