Three generations ago, Rumpel Stiltskin, Sr. built this 5x5 farm in the heart of the Grimm Forest. He styled his home after those of his Simurfish ancestors, by building it from a giant mushroom. His grandson Rumpel III recently passed away here, when he became so angry at the king's wife for refusing to pay for a spinning job he had undertaken for her, that he literally drilled himself into the ground in front of his home. Now his son, Rumpel IV, a busy university student, wishes to find a new owner for this prime property.

The main house has a basement apartment with sleeping area, kitchenette, study, full bath and separate entrance. On the first floor is a large room with modernized kitchen, sitting area with stove, dining area and Rumpel III's spinning work area. An outside staircase leads to the upper level with the master bedroom, sitting area, Rumpel's piano and a full bath. Both floors have wrap-around porches.

If you cross the bridge over the "river" and follow the path through the woods, you will arrive at Granny Stiltskin's Gingerbread Cottage. Granny was happily retired and raising herbs until a few months ago, when 2 little brutes shoved her into her fireplace. Her cottage has a single room on the first floor with kitchenette, dining area, reading corner and an outdoor attached bath. A ladder leads to her sleeping loft.

The farm also has a barn with 2 stables and a hay loft, two horse pastures, a pair of flax plantations (in clearings), a stream and pond, a kitchen garden behind the main house and an herb garden around the cottage. The 11 horses and the wagon with 2 hitched horses are included in the sale of the farm, as well as all furnishings.
