This is the Art department for my NSU set.
It's a great place for your creative type sims to go and hone their skills.
Outside there is a large ampitheatre for dramatic types.
There are two buildings in the faculty:
The Performing arts building has the admin base and a drama studio on the ground floor, a dance studio on the middle floor, and music practice rooms on the top floor.
The visual arts building has the washrooms on the ground floor, a gallery on the next floor, then a media suite with a TV room and IT room, on the top floor is the art studio.
Both buildings have balconies that overlook the ampitheatre.
