Tired of plunking down an oasis in the desert every time you build?
WoodandWires asked for desert versions of my Sunnyside lots. I thought it was beyond me, but with some assistance, I have done it. So here is the set - empty desert lots in small sizes. They even have custom thumbnails in the catalogue (thanks to MaryLou), so they are easy to spot. I have posted a couple of the thumnail pics below, so you can see them.
If you are a basegame player, you will find these useful for your desert neighbourhoods. I suppose they would look better than the green ones for a dirt neighbourhood too. If you have the later EPs, you can stick to the original Sunnyside set, as the game matches the hood terrain when you place the lot anyway. I don't know exactly which EP brought in that feature, but I have it in Seasons at least.
The set includes residential lots in sizes 1x1 - 1x5, 2x1 - 6x1, 2x2.
Community lots are available separately. Batteries not included.
