Welcome to my latest upload, Katie's Cottage.

This quite, peacefull cottage is just what any girl (or gardening man!) needs! With room for more, this lot comes complete with an already nice flower garden on both sides of the house and around the large tree in front. There is also hedges, bushes, and wild bamboo that are just screaming "prune me!" So, if you like making laid back, lazy types of sims or sims that are always on the run, then this cottage is NOT for you, unless you want to spend a fortune on a gardener to come out every three days.



Now, I usually furnish my lots that I upload, but on this house in particular, I decided not too. Why? Well, because this house easily suites 1 or 2 people with different relationships. For example, this cottage would suit:
-1 person living on there own.
-A newly wed couple
-An elderly couple
-2 adult siblings
-2 roomies
So, with each relationship there are different types and styles of furniture you could use, so, I decided to let the downloader decided what type of furniture and decor would suit their taste and needs.
