SoHo is a residential neighborhood in New York City and home to many interesting shops, art galleries, and restaurants.
The buildings in the historic and residential district date from the late 19th century and originally housed warehouses, factories and sweatshops. They eventually were converted into apartments with businesses on the ground floor. The neighborhood rose to fame as a neighborhood for artists and bohemians during the 1960s and 1970s. This series called Living in Soho is my recreation of that neighborhood
In the 20th century Lafayette Street became known, for housing a poor, but artistic population. Artists such as Phillip Glass, Twyla Tharp, Nam June Paik, Meredith Monk, Chuck Close, Frank Stella, plus many others helped create the ideal situation to make SoHo the Nexus of
creative activity for a very magical time in the 1960's. The first Brownstone on this Street is a one family residence. It is perfect for a large family. Spacious Kitchen , Dinette living room and parlor area on 1st floor. 3 bedrooms on second floor include nursery and bath. Third floor has master suite with walk-in closets and bath. The next door Brownstone is an Art Gallery with an upstairs cafe. The Art Gallery and Cafe can be bought as a home business. Alley between buildings is actually driveway space
This lot is zoned residential. If the lot is zoned community, the store will be run by NPCs.
Lot was moved into and tested. No Glitches or bugs were detected. Please enjoy and let me know if you have questions or problems.

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
