Description:

In the city real estate does not come cheap, and for Sims in the City there is no exception. Commuting is tedious and some Sims simply cannot resist being close to all the coffee shops, museums and nightclubs. With this in mind, The Eedgan Construction Company has designed a range of city houses to cater for the needs of these Sims.

All houses in the range are compact but functional. House #12 in the range is a compact modern home built on two levels. The ground level has a cosy livingroom, kitchen with eat in dining area, full bathroom and garage. The upper level contains the main bedroom and en suite. The top floor houeses the 3 bedrooms and a cute study nook. The small backyard even boasts a splash pool. The house is quite small but there is room for expansion. Very playable.

The house is fully furnished (except for a smoke detector - sorry, I forgot!) and landscaped. Car by Fresh Prince - is not included.

Install Instructions

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
