So I decided to make a cute home for an elderly couple so when they are retired they can have a peaceful time ^_^.
It has 1 bedroom, a study, 1 bathroom and a joint kitchen and living room area.
The garden space is quite big and can be extended to fit a vegetable patch, a swimming pool or anything you like
It only costs §30,562.
Of course, the house can be redecorated to fit a new couple with a child on the way, it doesn't have to be for elders only.
