Hello Simmers!
Once upon a time, I was a member here under the name KeineEier3 (before my password got lost in the great forum bork of I think last year). One of my uploads was a little coffee shop called "Milo's Net Café ." It was and remains my favorite self-created lot. Well, anyway, it didn't face a lot of popularity, probably in part due to the fact that it didn't really identify with the Sims out there. With the release of Apartment Life and the inclusion of our wonderful Artsy-Bohemian types, I was inspired to pay the café a little visit, and re-vamp it for our new Boho friends. Milo's got rid of their computers (you couldn't surf the 'net on the darn things anyway) and got itself a fresh coat of paint, a rear porch addition, as well as various performance arts pieces like the Poised Podium and a violin:
Whether you're looking to chat with a friend over coffee, catching up on your reading in front of the roaring fire, defending your title as chess champion, or taking in the talents of our various performance artists, Milo's Café is the place to go. Their unique combination of modern, old world, eclectic, and kitsch makes for a welcoming haven where good people share great times. Come see what it's all about in this friendly little place considered by many as "Sim City's best kept secret."
Milo's is located on a 3 x 2 community lot with no custom content. It has been playtested by me several times and I've not run into any problems, but feel free to let me know if you do. Please place this in your neighborhood so your Sims, bohemian or otherwise, can enjoy it, however I ask that if you like this lot so much as to share it do it by linking back here. Do not upload this anywhere else (including paysites and the exchange) and do not claim this lot as your own creation.

*Please Note: I did not use any items from any stuff packs in this upload, however due to the way the game saves data I thought it would be best to include them for compatibility reasons. You're more than welcome to try this lot out if you lack the labeled Stuff Packs, but I'm not responsible if your computer explodes.*
