Azalea Terrace - 3 Apartments

Well, it’s been quite a while since I’ve uploaded anything… but I had a rush of inspiration on earlier this evening. I originally set out to make a nice little apartment complex for a family of mine to move into… somewhere suitable for families, and that had a homely feel to it, as they’re expecting their first child and their one bedroom flat was unsuitable. I wound up being so happy with the result that I decided to share it. So here is Azalea Terrace! The apartments are, as the name suggests, set out as three terraced houses.

The apartments are fully furnished. To rent a fully furnished apartment, move your family into the lot then turn boolprop on (boolprop testingcheatsenabled true). Direct your sim to be standing directly in front of the door of the apartment they wish to rent, then Shift-Click on the front door. A menu will pop up, choose the option "Rent Furnished Apartment". Don't forget to turn boolprop off (boolprop testingcheatsenabled false) when you're finished.

All communal area is outdoors.

Install Instructions

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
