Aqua - Luxury Apartments

Aqua consists of 13 luxury apartments over 8 levels in 2 towers. Rent ranges from $900 for the Sky Studio to over $5000 for the dual level penthouses. The one, two and three bedroom apartments are spacious with large balconies and include basic furnishings. On the ground floor there is a restaurant and bar as well as an out door pool, spa and BBQ area. With only one apartment per level in each tower, Aqua is the ultimate in luxury apartment living.

Looking into the penthouse you can see it's expansive living area over the two levels.


A floor plan of each level is not possible due to the size and many levels, but most of the apartment levels are similar to the one shown here. Not all apartments are the same.


This is a large complex making it very slow on old computers. You may want to add some more furniture and extra facilities to the complex before moving Sims in. If you make improvements please share them.

Install Instructions

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
